Senior Project Manager — Data Center Design & Construction

About the role The Senior Project Manager supports program management on data center design and construction engagements — managing schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and client reporting across active projects. What you will do Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for data center construction programs Coordinate between A&E firms, contractors, equipment vendors, and client stakeholders Track long‑lead procurement and material delivery schedules Facilitate design review meetings and document action items and decisions Produce weekly and monthly program status reports for client leadership Support commissioning planning and execution Manage RFI and submittal processes between design and construction teams What we need 6+ years in project management for data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center construction sequencing Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Procore, or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to have Experience with commissioning and acceptance testing Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards #J-18808-Ljbffr CloudData
