Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading organization in institutional facilities management, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities across your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple facility sites.

• Respond efficiently to work orders, ensuring high service standards and timely completion.

• Handle diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

• Coordinate daily service routes and manage work documentation using computerized systems.

• Travel between sites, including overnight stays, to support facilities in various locations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by local jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.

• Proficiency with work order management systems and basic mobile device applications.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, with troubleshooting skills.
