Adolescent program expanding to 40 units Child unit is a 14-bed unit Adolescent residential is an 8-bed unit Opportunity to meet 70+ coworkers Opportunity to change lives of adolescents and children 1 LPN for 7-8 patient ratio Self‑scheduling program Day/Evening/Night Shift, with 72‑hour/2‑week rotation What You Will Do Collect data and conduct a focused nursing assessment of the health status of a patient. Participate with other healthcare providers in the development and modification of the patient‑centered health care plan. Implement nursing interventions within that plan. Assist in the evaluation of responses to interventions. Provide for the maintenance of safe and effective nursing care rendered directly or indirectly. Advocate for the best interests of the patient. Communicate and collaborate with patients and members of the health care team. Assist with health counseling and teaching. Delegate and assign nursing interventions to implement the plan of care.
