Position Overview The Speech Language Pathologist is a skilled professional who provides diagnostic and rehabilitative services related to stroke, traumatic head injury, laryngectomy, stuttering, phonology, and voice disorders. Treatments include swallowing assistance, speech and language treatments, and cognitive training. Specifics Position: Speech Pathologist Department: Speech Language Pathology Location: Gateway Regional Medical Center 2100 Madison Ave. Granite City, IL 62040 Position Status: PRN Work Schedule: Days Education Qualifications Required: Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in Communication Disorders & Sciences. Certification Qualifications Required: Must possess and maintain a current State of Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license. Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification. Experience Qualifications Previous experience preferred. New graduates welcome.
