Certified Nurse Midwife - Norwalk, Connecticut

A growing maternity care practice in southwestern Connecticut is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join an innovative, collaborative care model focused on delivering comprehensive reproductive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum services to a diverse patient population. This position involves providing full-scope midwifery and gynecologic care across outpatient and hospital settings, collaborating closely with obstetricians and interdisciplinary care teams, supporting patient education and care planning, participating in rotating call coverage, and contributing to the development of evidence-based clinical protocols, all supported by a competitive compensation package.

Required qualifications include:

• 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in labor and delivery and low-acuity maternity care
• Experience providing comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care
• Ability to participate in rotating overnight, weekend, and holiday call schedules
• Active Connecticut Licensed Midwife credential and current AMCB certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife
