Inventory Control ClerkLocation: Cranbury, NJShift: 12:00PM to 8:00PMPay Rate: $18/hourRequirements:Bilingual in English and SpanishResponsible and detail-orientedStrong time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesFlexible shift availabilityJob Responsibilities:Gather and analyze data related to physical inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and shipping errorsConduct physical inventories and daily cycle countsInvestigate customer claims involving overages and shortagesReview stock availability and inventory accuracyPrioritize projects based on required completion datesUpdate inventory status reports and maintain accurate recordsManage schedules and daily prioritiesMonitor emails and communicate professionally with customersPrint and manage inventory labelsWork closely with the Customer Service team to resolve inventory-related issuesPrepare and reconcile weekly/monthly hold and damage reportsCoordinate and control hold product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls with the Customer Service ManagerIdeal Candidate: A dependable and organized individual with strong communication skills who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting customer needs.
