This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions in a fast-paced corporate environment while supporting a collaborative legal department. Responsibilities Support attorneys on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions from initial drafting through closing Manage legal documentation related to acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and leasing matters Coordinate and track transaction timelines Review and organize legal agreements and supporting documentation Assist with corporate legal matters, internal documentation, and regulatory filings as needed Work cross-functionally with finance and operations throughout the transaction process Maintain legal records and assist with ongoing legal department operations Must-Have Skills 5–7 years of paralegal experience Strong background supporting commercial real estate or real estate transactional work Hands-on experience managing closings and transactional processes from start to finish Experience reviewing and managing complex legal documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working in-house or supporting large corporate legal teams Exposure to high-volume transactional environments This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a legal professional looking to join a stable and expanding organization and gain exposure to real estate transactions at scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talently
