As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and technology. Responsibilities Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss their bath remodeling needs. Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based sales system. Create customized bath designs using company software. Provide product recommendations and pricing solutions. Follow up with customers and guide them through the decision-making process. Close sales and achieve individual performance goals. Attend weekly sales training and development sessions. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion. Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills. Previous sales experience preferred; in-home sales experience is a plus. Experience in remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, flooring, kitchens, baths, or similar industries is highly valued. Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes and presenting solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self‑motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while following a proven sales process. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.
