Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey is required to begin.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Preferred experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Capability to conduct 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Experience with documentation, goal setting, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Proven skills in safe patient handling and infection control practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supervising students and participating in clinical education.
• Previous travel or contract therapy experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and clinical documentation systems.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Flexible 40-hour work week with 1–2 evenings until 7 PM as needed.
• Focus on an orthopedic patient population.
• May require floating to other local facilities as necessary.
