POSITION OVERVIEW ZarminaliPediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric APC (APRN or PA-C)to join our team in Henderson, Nevada. You will play a vital role in advancing the health of children while fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Patient Care:Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns. Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development. Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum ofthe pediatriclifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy throughadolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations. Collaboration: Work alongside Pediatricians, support team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Communicator: Manages communication with and across patients, families, and caregivers, fosters team collaboration and addresses communication gaps to ensure effective care management. Advocate: Supports patients and families and meets them where they are while leveraging resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care. Collaborative: Fosters team collaboration to maximize patient care, mentorship, and professional growth. Tech-Forward: Embraces technology to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient care and communication. Family First: Respects families’ decisions, provides evidence-based care, and aims to keep patients in mainstream settings. WHAT YOU NEED: Master's degree in nursing or a related field, as well as a certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Current and unrestricted license to practice in Nevada Current and unrestricted Nevada DEA license Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers At least 2 years of experience working in apediatricsetting BLS/ACLS Certification WHAT WE OFFER: Be a part of a team-based environment focused on providing high qualitypediatriccare within a mission drive organization.
