About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Growth to lead the strategic vision and execution of the organization's growth function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting and owning the enterprise-wide growth and scale strategy, with a strong focus on evidence-based, equity-centered, and long-term sustainable expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the standards and methodology for growth, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values, and holding the network accountable for rigorous growth practices. This includes leading the partnership with regions, monitoring progress, and identifying cross-regional growth patterns to ensure the sharing of effective practices. The role also involves people management, including the development of a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement, and representing the growth function in executive decision-making forums. Applicants for the SVP, Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in strategy, growth, and network development, preferably in a K-12 education or mission-driven environment. The role requires a proven track record in managing and developing people, setting and executing strategic goals, and driving network-wide priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic skills, the ability to synthesize complex information, and a demonstrated executive presence. A background in K-12 education, charter school growth, or a comparable mission-driven environment is strongly preferred. The SVP, Growth must be a collaborative leader, capable of partnering with regional and field-based leaders to ensure the national strategy is effectively implemented at the local level while maintaining network-wide coherence.
