A/R Analyst - Medical

Full-Time | On‑Site | Farmers Branch, TX Are you detail-oriented, organized, and driven by results? Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and play a key role in maintaining cash flow and ensuring timely payment collection. You'll work closely with providers, recovery specialists, accounting, and leadership to manage invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate case documentation. What You'll Do Send settlement letters and invoices for high-value cases Follow up on outstanding invoices and aging accounts Communicate with providers regarding payment status and discrepancies Maintain accurate case notes and supporting documentation Audit payments and ensure required information is received Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment delays Support audits and revenue management initiatives Identify opportunities to improve collection processes What You'll Bring Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable, collections, or related experience Strong Excel and computer skills Excellent communication, initiative, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Medical billing experience preferred Schedule 100% On‑site | Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM |No nights, weekends, or holidays | Farmers Branch | Attendance is an essential function Virtual Healthcare - 100% employer paid | Onsite fitness center and cafe Why ClaimReturn?
