Schedule: Full-time position with routine facility rounds and departmental auditing responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Infection Prevention Manager with matrix reporting to system-level leadership
• Focus on hospital surveillance, identification of healthcare-related infections, and public reporting compliance
• Collaborate on policy and procedure development across a comprehensive healthcare system
• Conduct routine facility rounds monitoring construction, renovation, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization practices
• Opportunity to educate both patients and team members on infection prevention best practices
• Engage in meaningful work ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or ability to obtain
• Experience in infection prevention, quality management, or hospital epidemiology preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare-associated infection surveillance and public reporting requirements
• Strong audit and compliance assessment skills
• Excellent communication and education abilities
