Industrial Control Sales Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Fromm Electric Supply seeks an Industrial Control Sales Technician to drive the IC business strategy, sales, and support for industrial electrical components. The role involves new product sales, marketing leadership, and national promotion program support.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute IC business plan
- Achieve sales goals and support branch locations
- Launch and grow new IC product sales
- Lead national promotion programs
- Support IC inventory management
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials
- Establish metrics for tracking product launches
- Participate in annual training for competency maintenance

**Qualifications:**
- Technical degree in related electrical circuits or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical components
- Understanding of motor control, network communication
- Ability to select electrical components
- Knowledge of field sensor networks, manufacturing processes
- Interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong presentation abilities and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license
- Adherence to shared values

**Physical Requirements:**
- Involves standing, walking, lifting, and travel
- 50% travel to industrial locations within the APR
