Field Sales Representative

Join an exciting new delivery partner program launching in the Tallahassee area! In this field-based sales role, you'll work directly with local business owners, introducing them to a growing business opportunity and helping them successfully join the program.

What You'll Do

• Conduct face-to-face outreach with local businesses within your territory.
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, and guide partners through the onboarding process.
• Manage leads and activity in Salesforce.
• Support local networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce and other local business organizations.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Outside/Field Sales experience required.
• CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the territory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
