Brands has become an industry leader, with our medley of amazing taste, strain specific infusions, perfect texture, and hand-crafted love. We're dedicated to flavoring life's journey, and now we're hiring a team to help people do that in the Garden State.

We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Label, pop, trim, sugar, and bag/box products efficiently.
• Quality control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tidy workstation.
• Aid in deep cleaning the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

You’ll be a good candidate if you have:

• Demonstrated experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a fingerprint clearance and background check, as required by state law.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Diploma, or equivalent, required.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Benefits include paid parental leave, vacation time, 10 paid holidays (including 4/20), health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, company paid life insurance, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
