Responsibilities

Direct the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of The Atlantic District office in Ebensburg.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business owners and families to provide protection solutions.

Manage and mentor a small, dedicated staff to ensure every client receives personalized care.

Review existing policies and adjust coverage to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Lead local marketing and outreach initiatives to grow our visibility and impact in the region.

Maintain high standards of ethical practice and customer advocacy in every interaction.

Requirements

Current Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses.

Demonstrated success in building and managing a profitable insurance book of business.

Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.

Strong local networking skills and ties to the Ebensburg area.

Commitment to community involvement and local outreach.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems.
