Position Overview

As a Night Shift RN, you'll serve as the primary clinical leader overnight, providing high-quality nursing care while ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team
• Provide reassurance and emotional support to residents
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Foster a safe, calm, and therapeutic nighttime environment
• Supervise and support CNAs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric or rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach
• Current BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
