Position Summary

The Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the marketing efforts of a growing automotive group. This role provides exposure to social media, content creation, brand promotion, event planning, and community engagement. It's an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to build real-world marketing experience while contributing to an exciting and fast-growing organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
• Capture photos and videos of vehicles, dealership events, team members, and community activities.
• Support marketing campaigns promoting vehicle sales, service offers, and dealership events.
• Help create graphics, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Assist with website updates and online vehicle merchandising.
• Monitor social media engagement and online reviews and help route customer inquiries when needed.
• Support the planning and execution of community events, sponsorships, and special promotions.
• Research marketing trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
• Track campaign performance and help compile marketing reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and dealership locations.
• Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, videography, or content creation      is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Weekday availability, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Previous internship, campus organization, social media management, or content creation experience is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, or similar marketing tools is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a dealership and office environment with occasional travel between dealership locations and participation in community events, photo shoots, or promotional activities. The role combines administrative work, digital content creation, and collaborative project support. This position typically works Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Marketing doesn't always happen during business hours, so occasional evening and weekend availability is needed to support community events, sponsorships, dealership promotions, and special projects.

• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to use mobile devices, cameras, and basic marketing software tools.
• Ability to move throughout dealership facilities and event locations as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry marketing materials up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
