Investment Trade Operations Analyst – Boston, MA We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Trade Operations Analyst opportunity with a leading Financial Services firm located in Boston, MA. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting daily investment operations and transaction processing within a collaborative operations team. Comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided, making this an ideal role for candidates looking to begin a career in financial services. This is a 6‑month+ contract opportunity, paying $20–$24 per hour within a 40‑hour work week. The position follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Candidates must be local to the Greater Boston area and available to work onsite in Boston, MA, three days per week. Responsibilities Support daily operational processing for investment and securities‑related transactions Review, process, and reconcile transaction activity to ensure accuracy and timely completion Process corporate action events, payments, and client account updates Monitor account activity and investigate discrepancies or exceptions Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding transaction status and outstanding items Maintain accurate operational records and complete reporting as required Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with established procedures and deadlines Assist with additional operational projects and process improvement initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred 0–2 years of professional experience (internships included) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Interest in financial services, investment operations, or capital markets Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
