Night Patient Experience Ambassador

OhioHealth Grove City Methodist Hospital is seeking a Service Excellence Ambassador for nights. This part-time role involves greeting and guiding visitors, answering calls, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and hospital staff. The ambassador will advocate for patients, address concerns, and help expedite admissions while maintaining confidentiality. The schedule is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, 2 shifts weekly with rotating days, including every other weekend. #J-18808-Ljbffr OhioHealth
