Job Description Position Overview The Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A will be responsible for supporting and driving financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital for Regal Rexnord Corporation, a $6B publicly traded global manufacturer. The Finance Manager position allows for excellent exposure and growth within the organization. This position will report to the Corporate Finance Director, FP&A and will be based out of our Rosemont, Illinois office. Key Responsibilities Weekly monitoring of Orders, Sales, Profit, Working Capital and Cash against targets Examine, analyze and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps within the results Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and Corporate Publish Monthly Financial Reporting Scorecard Support prep for the quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetings Participate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisions Drive process improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting and managerial reporting Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst Build successful partnerships with Corporate Finance and Segment FP&A leaders Perform other related duties and involvement in special projects when required Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plus Advance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred CPA preferred Self-starter, strong desire of getting results and willingness to learn Able to multi-task while being detail-oriented Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills Must be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessary Manufacturing experience is a plus Compensation Details: $110,000 - $171,400 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
