CMM Programmer/Operator

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Operator to support quality inspection processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and running CMM programs, performing dimensional inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting of measurement data.Responsibilities:Develop and run CMM programs for dimensional inspectionCreate and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentationReview blueprints and apply GD&T to ensure accurate measurementsInspect parts, components, and assemblies to verify quality standardsAssist with fixture validation and gauge calibration as neededSupport first-piece inspections and production buy-offsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety and quality proceduresRequirements:Minimum 3 years of CMM programming and inspection experienceExperience with PC-DMIS (2020R or newer)Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&TExperience inspecting sheet metal or machined componentsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAutomotive or aerospace experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
