Student Business Services Support

Hourly Rate $23.00/HR Under general supervision, provides support to Student Business Services with a focus on assisting students. Duties include helping students in person, by phone, and via email, maintaining records and documentation, performing general administrative tasks, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth service and a positive student experience.

Examples Of Duties:

• Assist students at the front desk, by phone, and via email with general inquiries and office processes.
• Support student account-related documentation and record keeping.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records.
• Coordinate with campus departments to help ensure timely processing of information.
• Provide general administrative support to office staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Assist with special projects and other office assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree required.
• Experience providing customer service or student support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work during regular office hours.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an educational environment or working with college students preferred but not required.
• Experience in administrative, program, or office support functions.
