Greater Houston Area We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Industrial EPC Greater Houston Area We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution for a major industrial project in the Greater Houston area. This is a highly visible site leadership role with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and overall construction performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities and supporting functions. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure HSE expectations are incorporated throughout field execution. Develop and maintain construction execution plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and equipment requirements. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Project Controls, and Project Management. Monitor construction cost, schedule, progress, productivity, and forecasts. Identify execution risks and negative trends and implement corrective actions. Provide leadership and direction to field supervision and construction teams. Maintain effective communication with project leadership and key client personnel. Preferred Background Strong industrial construction leadership experience, ideally within an EPC environment. Experience supervising complex construction projects in the energy, petrochemical, chemical, or related heavy industrial sectors. Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, cost control, productivity, and field execution. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across multiple project functions.
