Join Our Team as an Operating Room RN - Unit Information: - Location: Reston Hospital Center - Floor: 1st Floor - Building: Pavilion I - Number of Beds: 18 - Dynamic Team Environment: - Mix of RNs and Surgical Technicians - Day Shift: - Scrub and Circulator for 18 rooms - Charge RN - Service Line Experts/Support - OR Support Technicians - Night Shift: - Scrub and Circulator for trauma team - Additional on-call teams - Required Skill Set: - Must have Level 2 or greater trauma experience - Experience across various surgical specialties, including: - Orthopedics (general, total joint, spine) - Neuro - General/GYN/Urology (including DaVinci) - Vascular - Thoracic - Preferred Skills: - Expert spine and ortho skills - Typical Procedures: - Spinal Fusion - Total Joint Replacements - Ortho Trauma - DaVinci Robot Procedures (e.g., prostatectomy, colectomy, gastric bypass) - Ideal Personality Fit: - Team player - Dedicated and passionate about patient care - Required Certifications: - BLS - Certifications specific to role and aligned with state and federal regulations (e.g., CST, license) - Floating Areas: - OB OR - Dress Code: - Scrubs provided by the facility - Schedule Details: - Weekend and Night shifts required to cover vacancies - On-call required (approximately four 12-hour shifts per 8-week schedule) - Experience Requirement: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
