We're Hiring Machinists!
Must have Machinist Experience in order to qualify

Advance Services Inc. is currently looking for experienced machinists for our Fort Morgan, CO team. Advance your career today for a company specializing cutting edge technology! Must be able to work independently, communicate issues early, prepare and maintain machines efficiently. Required Skills:

Strong blueprint reading
Understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
Ability to set tools and fixtures correctly
Basic G-code understanding

Responsibilities:

Perform machine setups including fixtures, tooling, and offsets
Adjust offsets to maintain part tolerances
Verify first article parts meet print requirements
Troubleshoot basic machining and production issues
Maintain efficient machine operation and cycle flow
Perform basic preventative maintenance (PM) as assigned
Assist in diagnosing machine issues and minor repairs
Identify potential problems early and escalate immediately
