Registered Nurse - Part-Time
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and treatment of chronic conditions
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet each patient's unique needs
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to optimize health outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies
