Production Machine Operator

We are hiring Production Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves operating equipment, monitoring product quality, following production schedules, and helping ensure products meet company standards. Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Read work orders and follow production schedules
• Stack, sort, and package finished products
• Use tape measures and gauges to verify specifications
• Complete production paperwork and data entry
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic computer and math skills
• Comfortable working around machinery and standing throughout the shift
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mead, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.36 - $22.36/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
