We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Las Vegas team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates for light industrial, clerical, and manufacturing positions. Communicate with clients and candidates in a fast paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
Manage high-volume recruiting for multiple openings
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes
Partner with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Qualifications:
Recruiting or staffing industry experience required
Experience recruiting for light industrial, clerical, and manufacturing roles preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual is a plus
Proficient computer skills
Experience in Applicant Tracking Experience such as Bullhorn, etc.
