Thrive (TPC) , is a therapist-owned and operated pediatric OT practice . Our Bellevue, WA practice partners closely with the our Speech Therapy partner team next door for co-treatment sessions and multidisciplinary meetings, because every child's superpowers grow best with a solid team behind them. Each clinician is valued because each clinician brings different aspects of joy and knowledge to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate children’s motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting areas such as ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), fine motor skills, and sensory integration.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to each child's unique needs, including those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders.
• Assist children with improving their participation in daily activities and support their transition through discharge planning processes.
• Collaborate closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, educators, and families to ensure cohesive care strategies and optimal outcomes.
• Manage clinical documentation accurately within electronic health records (EHR), including progress notes, care plans, and treatment updates.
• Support case management efforts by coordinating services across inpatient, outpatient, school-based, and home health settings while maintaining compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards.

Job Types: Part-time (or Full Time)

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE‑accredited program; OTR/L credential required.
• Experience with Sensory Integration or Sensory Processing is a plus. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we evaluate each candidate individually.
• Active WA state OT license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for family‑centered, collaborative care.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
