Senior Counsel, Corporate & Regulatory Strategy (Town of Texas)

Xcel Energy seeks an experienced legal counsel to oversee corporate law matters and manage the legal services function, including coordination with outside counsel.

Responsibilities include advising management on legal, business, legislation, regulation, drafting contracts, and representing the company in regulatory and adjudicatory proceedings. Leadership of a team of attorneys is required.
