Floating Leasing Agent

Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Floating Leasing Agent to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping individuals and families find their next home. Position Details: Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some weekend availability required Compensation: $20.00 per hour What We Offer: Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. What We're Looking For: 1+ year of housing or apartment leasing experience. Experience with property management software is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and property environments Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What You'll Do: Travel between assigned properties to support leasing operations as needed Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits Process rental applications, verify supporting documentation, and assist with lease execution while ensuring full compliance with company policies and applicable leasing regulations.
