Temporary QA Technician- WM Team C

Are you the kind of person who checks the toaster twice every morning… just to make sure the bread comes out perfect?

You notice when something’s just a little off—when the flavor isn’t perfectly balanced or the texture feels a bit too soft. And the truth? You like it that way. Because when it comes to doing things right, you’re not picky—you’re passionate.

At Dieffenbach’s, quality is everything. We don’t settle for “good enough.” We aim for that “give me another handful and smile” level. And behind every bag of our Truly Enjoyable Snacks is someone like you—someone who cares.

This could be you if:

• You get satisfaction from seeing a perfectly sealed bag or a neatly filled-out log

• You’ve never met a checklist you didn’t love

• People describe you as calm, focused, and great at spotting problems before they appear

• For you, “clean” and “organized” aren’t just nice words—they’re how you work

• You love being part of a team, especially when everyone’s working toward something big

What you’ll do:

• Taste potatoes, chips, oil, and packaging like a snack detective

• Check salt and seasoning levels to make sure the flavor hits just right

• Inspect everything—from the color and crunch of the chip to the moisture and weight of the bags

• Keep equipment (and work areas) super clean and safe

• Identify and separate products that don’t meet standards—and help figure out why

• Use tools to verify quality standards (metal detectors, swabs, oxygen meters, etc.)

• Record everything you find clearly and neatly

• Communicate with operators and leaders when adjustments or fixes are needed

• Lend a hand with training or special samples when needed

What you’ll need:

• Ability to work on your feet in an active, warm, and sometimes noisy environment

• Comfort working near machinery, high temperatures, and oily surfaces (we’re a snack company)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up the pace during 12-hour shifts

• Strong communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude

• A love for doing things the right way

What you’ll get:

• A role that truly makes a difference—your work is why our snacks taste amazing

• A team that values your eye for detail and your reliability

• The opportunity to grow in a place where quality isn’t just a goal—it’s a promise

If you love a good system, take pride in your work, and believe snacks should never be “meh”… this might be your perfect fit.
