is hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a fast-growing distribution and warehouse company in Georgetown, Texas. What You'll Do:

• Pick and pull orders

  accurately using pick tickets, order sheets, or handheld scanners

• Pack products

  securely and efficiently, ensuring orders are complete and ready for shipment

• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and order information before shipping

• Stage completed orders

  in designated areas for shipping and pickup

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers safely

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition

• Move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment

• Operate a forklift if certified/qualified — forklift certification and experience are a plus

• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks

• Restock shelves, bins, and inventory locations

• Use handheld scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed

• Identify damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies and report them appropriately

• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free aisles, workstations, and loading areas

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations

• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking/packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred but not required

• Forklift certification/experience is a plus

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to read labels, pick tickets, packing slips, and order sheets

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Basic computer and scanner skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and stay on task

• Safety-conscious and committed to following warehouse procedures

• Ability to meet productivity and quality goals

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work a full 1st-shift schedule

• Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties throughout the workday

• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay & Benefits:

• $18–$20 per hour
