This role requires expertise in providing care in a special care nursery and involves rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide care for underweight babies, premature births, and cardiac monitoring
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to emergencies effectively
• Work rotating shifts to ensure constant care in the neonatal intensive care unit

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Current MA RN license
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience in special care nursery required
• Must have Epic experience
• Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months
