CRNA opening in MO Located in Joplin, MO Full-Time, Permanent OB Coverage 24-Hour ShiftsPractice Overview:

• Full-time CRNA opportunity in Joplin, Missouri
• 24-hour shifts covering OB only
• Join an established anesthesiology group in a medically supervised practice model that promotes CRNA autonomy
• In-house coverage solely for the labor and delivery unit
• Join three other CRNAs supporting dedicated OB coverage
• Approximate delivery volume of 1,800-2,000 per year
• 91 shifts per year with flexibility in schedule development
• Level II trauma center setting

• Opportunities to pick up internal locums shifts to maximize earning potential

Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Salary from $262,800
• Educational/start bonus of $80,000
• Internal locums shifts available at $175-$225/hour
• Loan assistance negotiable
• Malpractice coverage
Job Qualifications:
• CRNA certification
• OB anesthesia experience or strong interest preferred
• Missouri license or eligibility
• Ability to provide in-house OB coverage
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a collaborative anesthesia model
