Job Responsibilities:

Analyze data related to the complaint management process and identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to organize data, perform calculations, create reports, and support decision-making. Assist the team with data validation, report generation, and documentation tasks. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing data analytics projects and contribute insights. Help troubleshoot data or process issues and provide recommendations for enhancements. Support virtual meetings, project discussions, and cross-functional communication as needed. Maintain accurate records, follow established workflows, and ensure data integrity across assigned tasks. Skills:

Excel Proficiency: Advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data manipulation. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret datasets, derive insights, and support problem-solving activities. Microsoft Tools: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with Power BI (strongly preferred). Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and support process improvements. Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in preparing reports, summaries, and analytical findings. General Computer Skills: Efficient digital literacy, file management, and working with cloud-based/project tools. Education/Experience:
