Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel. Job Level: 5 Responsibilities: Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members. Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring compliance with safety operating procedures. Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility. Allocate necessary space for stock rotation. Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable. Secure company assets. Manage within labor and OPEX budget. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2‑4 years of warehouse/inventory experience required. 2‑4 years of supervising warehouse/inventory staff required. Experience managing a budget required. Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs. Proficient with SAP or a similar MRP program. Able to lead front‑line employees effectively – may be in a unionized environment. Team oriented. Can‑do, Will‑do attitude. Able to handle conflict. Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required. Ability to lift product (up to 50 lb) frequently and repetitively required. #LI-JC1 Come and join our Sparkling team! Base pay range is $80,169 to $85,863 plus a bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
