Our client in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Temporary Accounting Administrator to support a well-established manufacturing company. This position will provide support in both accounting and administrative operations. Approximately half of the role will focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, while the remaining time will be dedicated to general office and front desk responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to a busy team environment. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative role
- Hands-on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience required
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience using QuickBooks is preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary/Pay rate: $23-27/hr.
