Director, Product Strategy & Customer Experience

ADP is hiring a Director, Product Management to lead HR offerings within ADP Workforce Now. You will manage a team of 4–7 product managers, partner with engineering, UX, and clients, and shape the strategic product foundation to achieve market success, while ensuring uncompromising quality.
You will own product delivery, go-to-market coordination, and collaboration with product marketing and sales to integrate products into plans and drive growth and client retention.
