Job Position: Finance Controller
Location: Frisco, Texas _Onsite

Full-time Role

Experience Level: 8 - 15 years

We are looking for candidates from Big 5 Consulting firms.

Key requirements include:

10-15 years of progressive finance, accounting, and controllership experience no more than 15years.
CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
Experience working within a multinational organization
Experience managing audits, tax compliance, treasury, revenue recognition, and complex accounting matters
Technology, engineering services, consulting, or professional-services industry experience preferred
Experience supporting acquisitions and post-acquisition integration is desirable
