What’s Upstate in Utica is seeking a Workers Compensation Representative (Safety Specialist) to manage the employee incident/injury program. This includes administering worker’s compensation benefits and developing HRIS software functionality. The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in medical finance or insurance processing. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, generous PTO, and various voluntary benefits. Strong communication skills and a valid NYS Driver’s license are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
