What You'll Bring:

• Active COTA license in Missouri
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in an educational or school-based setting preferred
• Ability to independently organize and deliver therapy across multiple sites as assigned
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, multi-school caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Support occupational therapists in executing individualized treatment plans within school settings
• Assist students with exercises, adaptive strategies, and essential life skills to promote classroom participation
• Document sessions and progress as required by school and district guidelines
• Travel between designated elementary, middle, and high school campuses as needed
• Maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary educational team
