Key Responsibilities of the RN - Interventional Radiology

• Provide acute care in the Interventional Radiology unit
• Conduct various procedures including Para/thora, LVO, FNA, midline/Piccline, kypho, and PE thrombectomy
• Utilize Siemens Single plane c-arm equipment
• Ensure high standards of vascular access, conscious sedation, and critical care
• Collaborate closely with team members to create positive patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Interventional Radiology

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1-year current acute care Interventional Radiology RN experience
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Strong vascular access skills, including PICC line or midline experience
