HVAC New Construction Installer

AC Installers - New Construction - Gainesville and Alachua area Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply. Responsibilities Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered. Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes Follow blueprints and job specifications Maintain quality and safety standards Keep work areas clean and organized Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years of new construction HVAC experience Must have own tools Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to work independently Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record Able to pass drug and background screenings Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Comfortable working in active construction environments Compensation & Benefits Plenty of work available Paid piece work — materials delivered to job site Paid holidays and vacations Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance Company-paid life and short-term disability insurance This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
