Knowledge, skills, and abilities include a strong working knowledge of civil construction, site development, underground utilities, construction assemblies, and field sequencing; demonstrated ability to supervise crews and subcontractors and drive production toward project goals and specifications; ability to analyze construction documents, resolve field issues, and communicate technical information clearly in writing and verbally; strong organization and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience with HCSS HeavyJob and Bluebeam preferred; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus; and working knowledge of municipal utility requirements, inspections, permitting, and project coordination preferred.
