Supervisor of Clinical Services DME

Supervisor of Clinical Services – DME We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Clinical Services to lead and support our growing DME operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, operational oversight, staff leadership, and compliance management within the DME industry. Location: Skokie Industry: Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health benefits Paid time off Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical and operational activities Manage and support both internal and external staff Ensure high-quality patient care and patient compliance Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and service delivery Assist with operational performance and P&L management Maintain compliance with industry and payer requirements Collaborate with leadership to support company growth initiatives Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the DME industry Experience in sleep and/or respiratory services strongly preferred Strong understanding of patient compliance Strong understanding of patient care coordination Strong understanding of staff management Strong understanding of operational oversight Strong understanding of P&L responsibilities Experience with Brightree software is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment #J-18808-Ljbffr SLEEP RX LLC
