Order Picker / Cherry Picker & EPJ Operator
Abacus Staffing is now hiring experienced Order Pickers / Cherry Pickers and Single & Double EPJ Operators for a growing warehouse operation in Lancaster, TX. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious associates who thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Regular Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
During peak season, shifts may extend to 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime opportunities available
Job Responsibilities
- Operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate Single and Double Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Cherry Picker/Order Picker equipment required
- Experience operating Single and/or Double EPJ required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working at heights when operating Order Picker equipment
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Ability to work overtime as needed during peak periods
