We are an award winning company that brightens our customers' homes using energy efficient daylighting systems. The Job: You are the voice of our company, connecting our valued customers with our innovative products by scheduling appointments, coordinating installations and providing a customer-first experience with each interaction. You share product knowledge, answer billing questions, and support customers through our warranty process when needed. You are the cornerstone of customer satisfaction! The Logistics: Standard 8am to 5pm schedule, M-F. Hourly rate plus uncapped commission potential. The Benefits: You are eligible to enroll for dental, medical and vision insurance immediately upon hire. Additional offerings include pre-tax accounts for healthcare, 401k plan with a company match, 13 paid days off per year, 10 paid company holidays, and paid on-the-job training. Motivated individuals will also enjoy growth opportunities as our company grows. The Requirements: 2+ years of experience in professional sales (ideally phone sales). Residential home service sales industry experience preferred (i.e. solar, plumbing, roofing, etc.) Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Strong phone presence. Friendly and engaging personality. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable reputation, attitude for fast-paced work, and service-minded.
